Private Yoga Lessons

Private Yoga Lessons can be scheduled around your hectic schedule, during the day or at night. Before the first Private Yoga Lesson, the instructor will meet with you to determine your yoga and fitness goals. The instructor will then design your Private Yoga Lessons around your personal goals for a complete mind and body experience.

You can use Private Yoga Lessons to get in shape as well as to improve your yoga fitness and techniques. The benefits received from one-on-one Private Yoga Lessons can be three to four times the benefits received in a normal class setting. During Private Yoga Lessons, the instructor can focus solely on you. The instructor will be better able to critique your technique, increase the intensity of your workout, and improve your flexibility and fitness levels.
