Carol currently teaches beginning & advanced Ashtanga Yoga classes at LVIRK Training Center in Catasauqua, PA. She teaches Corporate Yoga classes at companies throughout the Lehigh Valley. She also teaches Private Yoga Lessons, Pre-Natal Yoga, & the Power Yoga Brides program. Over the years, she's studied with many excellent teachers including Erica Sulzer, Kathy McNames, Beryl Bender Birch, Larry Schultz, Katie Cariffe, Samantha Beers, Bhavani Maki, Edward Clark, and Pattabhi Jois. Carol's background also includes a B.S. in Education and Certification and Licensure in Speech Pathology. It is her mission to provide a safe and supportive environment to experience the relaxation, stress reduction and vibrant health benefits which the practice of Yoga provides. Carol Lesusky started practicing Yoga about 15 years ago, taking classes in
Iyengar, Kripalu, Hatha, & Ashtanga Yoga. Carol received her teacher certification
in Ashtanga Yoga in August 2001 and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with
The Yoga Alliance since 2002. She is certified in Pre-Natal Yoga through
MOTHERWELL® Maternity Health and Fitness. She has also been certified in Adult, Infant
and Child CPR through the American Red Cross.
